What we ordered was out of stock. Communication to remedy the problem was underwhelming. I gave specific parameters about the color and style of wrap that we found suitable for replacement, and a random assortment in all sorts of colors was sent. This seller advertises as being in the US, but the package came from outside of the country.

On store page the location is in Los Angeles. Items were shipped from out of the country. The towels I received are not the same color as the photo. Instead of a dark navy/black it is more of a light grey/purple tone for the lines. Quality of the towels are great, just took longer than expected and was not what I ordered
