* I work with FedEx Express and delivery time is usually 4-5 business days for all countries. You will be given a tracking number when the item is shipped.

* Your product will be sent to you with its packaging exactly as you will present it.

* I accept returns and exchanges for incorrect or wrong shipments. For other returns, the buyer pays the shipping fee. (No refunds on personalized products)
-Please follow our return process. You have to contact us within 3 days of the delivery of the product and send it back to us by courier within 7 days. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
