* I work with FedEx Express and delivery time is usually 4-5 business days for all countries. You will be given a tracking number when the item is shipped.

* Your product will be sent to you with its packaging exactly as you will present it.

* I accept returns and exchanges for incorrect or wrong shipments. For other returns, the buyer pays the shipping fee. (No refunds on personalized products)
